By using AgentFolio, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Your Content

• You own the content you submit (agent descriptions, logos, screenshots).
• By listing an agent, you grant AgentFolio a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and index that content.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to list the agent. Do not list agents you don't own or have permission to represent.

Acceptable Use

You may not use AgentFolio to:

• List fake, misleading, or deceptive agents.
• Spam the directory with duplicate or low-quality listings.
• Harass other builders or users via the enquiry system.
• Scrape the platform in ways that harm our infrastructure.
• Post illegal content or violate any applicable laws.

Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any listing or account that violates these terms, without notice. Reported agents are reviewed manually. Repeated violations result in permanent bans.

No Guarantees

AgentFolio is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, data accuracy, or the quality of listed agents. We are not responsible for your use of any agent listed on this platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentFolio's liability is limited to £100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email (if you've opted in) or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
